1. 退換貨條件 / Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • 申請期限 (Application Period): 請在收到商品後的 7 天內 聯繫我們申請退換貨。

    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

  • 商品狀態 (Item Condition): 退回的商品必須是全新未拆封且未使用過的狀態,並保留原始包裝、標籤及所有隨附配件。

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. 損壞或瑕疵商品 / Damaged or Defective Items

  • 如果您收到損壞或有瑕疵的商品,請立即拍照存證並在收到貨後的 24 小時內 聯繫客服,我們將為您安排更換。

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

3. 退款流程 / Refund Process

  • 一旦收到並檢查完您的退貨,我們將通知您是否批准退款。

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • 若獲批准,退款將按原付款方式在 7-14 個工作日內退回。

    If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

4. 運費說明 / Shipping Costs

  • 若因個人因素(如:買錯、不喜歡)申請退貨,買家需自行負擔退回運費。

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or an incorrect selection.

  • 若因商品瑕疵或寄錯商品,運費將由 Xonyra 全額負擔。

    Xonyra will cover all associated shipping fees if the return is a result of a product defect or an error on our part.
